Welcome to HeadtoSpread! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HeadtoSpread mobile application ("App") and associated services. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
HeadtoSpread is a fantasy-style game for entertainment purposes only. There is no real money wagering, and the App does not offer or facilitate gambling or sports betting. Users create or join leagues, make weekly spread picks, and compete head-to-head for leaderboard ranking and bragging rights.
You must be at least 18 years old (or older if required by your local jurisdiction). By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for all content you submit (e.g., display name, avatar, picks). Offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content may result in removal or suspension. We may remove or modify content that violates league or platform guidelines.
HeadtoSpread includes features powered by artificial intelligence, such as SpreadSense Al and BetLens coaching tools. These features are informational only and do not constitute financial, betting, or investment advice. All Al content is generated based on available data and should not be interpreted as predictive guarantees.
We use Firebase and other trusted services to store data such as league activity, user profiles, and picks. Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data.
All content in the App, including design, logos, and features, is the property of HeadtoSpread and its affiliates. NFL team names and logos are not used in the App and HeadtoSpread is not affiliated with the NFL or any team.HeadtoSpread is not affiliated with or endorsed by the National Football League (NFL), its teams, or any official sports organization. All team names used in the app are for identification and informational purposes only.
Users must play fairly and refrain from exploiting bugs or manipulating scoring logic. Commissioners have authority to manage league settings, participants, and rules. Abuse of features, including Al tools or score manipulation, may result in account suspension.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of scores, picks, Al insights, or data availability. Use the App at your own risk.
HeadtoSpread shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the App. This includes reliance on Al analysis, lost leaderboard standings, or data errors.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
