This Privacy Policy explains how HeadtoSpread ("we",", "our", or"us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the HeadtoSpread mobile application ("App").

- Account data: Display name, avatar, and selected league(s)
- Gameplay data: Weekly picks, matchup outcomes, teaser usage, Al research activity
- Device information: App version, device type, crash data
- Firebase-generated identifiers (for authentication and analytics)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:
- Operate and improve the HeadtoSpread experience
- Track pick history and scoring for league competition
- Generate personalized Al insights and coaching tools
- Display league leaderboards and weekly matchups
- Understand app usage trends through analytics

3. Al and Third-Party Integrations

Our app includes Al-powered features such as SpreadSense Al and BetLens, powered by services like OpenAl and Perplexity.
These services may receive anonymized or aggregated data for generating insights. No personally identifiable information is shared.
We also use The Odds API to retrieve NFL betting lines for entertainment and informational purposes.

4. Data Sharing and Licensing

We may license or share **de-identified gameplay data** (e.g., aggregate pick trends, teaser usage, division bias, win rates) with third parties, partners, or researchers.
This data does **not contain personally identifiable information** and cannot be used to identify individual users.

We do **not** sell your personal account data or contact information.

5. Data Storage and Security

All data is securely stored using Firebase and Google Cloud services. We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, misuse, or alteration.

You may request to:
- Access or delete your personal data
- Opt out of non-essential data collection (e.g., usage tracking)
- Withdraw consent where applicable
