You create or join a league, make picks against the spread, use teaser points to adjust matchups, and compete with friends for bragging rights. No cash is required—any side pots are arranged separately among league members.

Download the app, sign up, and choose “Create League.” From there you can customize rules like teaser points, tiebreakers, playoff structure, and invite friends via a shareable link or code.

Open your league, tap “Invite Friends,” and share the invite link or code through text, socials, or directly copying it. Friends can join instantly using that link or code.

The core HeadtoSpread experience is free. There is an optional Pro/Premium upgrade that unlocks advanced analytics like SpreadSense AI, BetLens insights, and early edge alerts.

Each week you’re paired 1v1 with someone in your league. You both pick one NFL team to beat the spread. Teaser points and tiebreakers are applied as configured in your league to determine the weekly winner.
